2. Scope
This policy explains how we process personal data when you use our website, submit the Human Operating System Assessment, request a personal report, or contact us.
3. Data We Collect
When you submit the assessment, we collect your name, email address, current status, questionnaire responses, and any optional details you choose to provide, such as your LinkedIn profile, role, industry, company, team size, country, and written description of a professional challenge.
We may also process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, browser information, access time, and server logs. We do not currently use analytics or non-essential cookies on the assessment page. If we introduce them in the future, we will update this policy and request any consent required before setting non-essential cookies.
4. Why We Use Your Data
We process the data submitted through the assessment to:
- receive and validate your assessment responses;
- generate your requested Human Operating System report;
- send the report to the email address you provide;
- respond to your questions and support requests;
- protect our service against misuse and maintain its security; and
- comply with legal obligations.
If you separately opt in, we may also use your responses in anonymised or aggregated form to analyse and improve the assessment. This optional consent is not required to receive your report.
5. Legal Bases
Under applicable data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR where relevant, we rely on:
- performance of a contract or steps requested by you to provide the assessment and send your requested report;
- our legitimate interests to operate, secure, and improve the reliability of our service, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights;
- your consent where we ask for optional analysis or for any non-essential cookies; and
- legal obligations where processing is required by law.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.
6. Automated Processing
Your assessment responses are processed automatically and may also be reviewed by a member of our team to generate a personal profile report. The report is intended to provide informational insights. It is not used by us to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
7. Service Providers and Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may provide data to service providers acting on our behalf where needed to operate the assessment and deliver your report, including:
- Make.com, used to receive and automate the processing of form submissions;
- Namecheap, used to host the website;
- Google, used for Gmail email delivery and related business tools;
- OpenAI, whose tools may be used to assist with report generation;
- Anthropic, whose Claude tools may be used to assist with report generation; and
- other carefully selected providers where needed to securely operate the service.
We may also disclose data if required by law or if reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
8. International Transfers
Some service providers may process data outside your country, the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses. You can contact us if you would like more information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
9. How Long We Keep Data
Assessment submissions and generated reports are retained for up to 12 months after submission unless a longer period is required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Technical logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service. After the applicable period, data is deleted or anonymised.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent.
To exercise your rights, contact support@justdoleads.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). If you are in the UK, you may contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). In Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). You may also contact the authority in the country where you live or work.
11. Children
The assessment is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this assessment. If you believe a child has submitted data, please contact us so we can delete it.
12. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with its revision date.
